The Guinness World Record

After almost two years of careful and accurate world researches, the “Guinness World Record” of London has recognized the record of world virtuosic performance of “Volo del Calabrone” by Rimsky Korsakoffs played by Maestro Carmelo Crucitti with the bassoon. Because of his low compass, the bassoon is not at all a virtuous instrument, as a violin or a flute. With an exceptional and matchless virtuosic technique, Maestro Carmelo Crucitti played this difficult piece at RAI’s venue studios in Cosenza, as fast as nimbler instruments, and has merited the prestigious recognition that places him at the world height for the instrumental technique. We must precisely state that Maestro Carmelo Crucitti has a “unique in the world” executive technique, right confuted with the prestigious international recognition of Guinness World Records.
